Revolutionary Council of Hope's End
Article written by Uziel
The Revolutionary Council of Hope's End was a group of rebels that formed in 348 AC to oppose the unfair taxes and edicts from King Wilhelm of Blödehelm. The rebels tried to convince Wilhelm that if he rescinded some of his unfair laws, that the town of Hope's End would lay down their arms and pledge lifelong allegiance to him.
However their resistance went unheard, and the allies of King Wilhelm launched a siege upon the town, which was later broken only by the timely intervention of the Army of the Mad Baron.
