Enchantment

The school of enchantment focuses on spells that affect minds and manipulate emotions and/or behavior. The enchantment school has two subschools: Charm and Compulsion.

In an earlier edition of the Dragonlance game, enchantment was known as enchantment/charm; Red Robes were unable to cast these spells. In the current edition of the Dragonlance game, Black Robes make the best enchanters, but enchantment magic is available to all wizards (and other spell casters, of course).

In the SAGA edition of the game, the school of enchantment was generally used to make objects better at what they did. An enchantment spell could make a sword cut more sharply or cleanly, or brighten the light of a torch, for example.
