Istar has deemed a half-elf woman to be a witch, and has sent bounty hunters after her.

The PC's are hired to go find her. However, this is no witch. The woman is a mystic, who is tending to a sick orphaned baby.

Do the PC's bring her in, or do they help her escape? And what of the baby?
