Teekli is a flamboyant young kender, dressed in (for a kender) outlandish red velvet trousers, topped with a maroon hat sporting a white plume, Teekli appears to be quick a fop.

In Your Campaign:
Teekli is quite happy to travel with any group that plans to enter into the goblin tribal lands in Goodlund or Balifor, and he can be an interesting campanion for a group of adventuring PC's as they explore Balifor or the Goodlund area.
Periapt of Stamina
Description: A small highly polished engraved tortoise shell which sits on a length of silver chain.
Activation: Simply wearing the periapt of stamina grants the wearer the benefits of its magic.
Effect: While worn, the wearer's base speed is effectively doubled. This increase only applies to the wearers land speed and only if he is wearing light armour or no armour and carrying a light load.
The wearer also gains the benefit of the Endurance feat, granting him a +4 bonus on various checks and saves (for more information on the full effects of the Endurance feat, see page 93 of the Player's Handbook.
Aura/Casting Level: Faint transmutation; CL 3rd level.
