Galenye is a lovely woman, standing 5'7" tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has dark eyes and hair. Galenye prefers to dress in grays and blacks, but has recently been wearing brighter colors, especially red.
Galenye grew up in Witdel, the same Solamnic villiage that Erastin Rivengard is from. These two were childhood sweethearts, and she has never forgotten that childish love.
Galenye traveled to Gwynnedd in Ergoth for a few years, where she learned the skills needed to survive in the city. She made her living through illegal trade for a time, for which she was captured and thrown in jail. She managed to escape before she was executed.
Galenye returned to Witdel, rekindling her friendship with Erastin. Galenye finds that she is attracted to Erastin once again. Childish love has given away to the romance of a grown woman.
Galenye accompanied Erastin as he sought to become a Knight of Solamnia (see Knight's Sword for details). She came to admire his sense of honor, and has strove to make changes in her own life. Now Galenye now uses her roguish skills to combat evil.
Galenye also journeyed with Erastin and their other companions in the quest to find Flint's Axe (see Flint's Axe for details).
During this quest, Galenye and friends met the minotaur wizard Rikar. Rikar uncovered a prophecy foretelling of the symbolic return of Kiri-Jolith to the world when the Brightblade, Flint's Axe, and Huma's Shield were united. This is the next quest that the group of friends is about to embark on.
