Enchantment (Charm) [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Bard 2, Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V,S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One humanoid creature
Duration: 1 hour/level
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

This spell functions like charm person, except that it affects only elves or half-elves, or those with elven blood. Elves and half-elves do not receive their usual +2 save bonus against enchantment spells in regards to this spell.

Background: This spell was created by a Black Robe named Mahulderon in the years following the Cataclysm. After his demise, this spell has been passed down from wizard to wizard throughout the generations, and is a favorite of the Black Robes.
